Founded in 1945, Voirin‑Jumel is a fourth‑generation grower‑producer based in Cramant, one of the Côte des Blancs’ most prized Grand Cru villages. The estate is run today by Patrick and Alice Voirin, who farm roughly 13 hectares of Chardonnay‑dominant vineyards across several Côte des Blancs crus. Their philosophy is rooted in precision and purity: stainless‑steel fermentation, minimal oxygen exposure, and a focus on expressing the chalk‑rich soils that define the region.
