Satellite by Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Satellite is an organically farmed project from the folks at Spy Valley.  They've joined with the Forest & Bird Mission to help restore the area adjacent to their "Area H" vineyard to its natural wetlands state and a wildlife sanctuary.  Of course this means Satellite is made from sustainably farmed, organically grown grapes and exhibits classic Marlbrough flavors.  Aromatic, ripe, and exotic, it exhibits tropical and citrus fruit with herbaceous and mineral notes. Ripe guava, kiwi, grapefruit, lemon, fresh-cut grass, and wet stone also abound. This is an appealing dry white wine and a true expression of a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
