Proa Cava Brut is made from the traditional Cava varietals Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, a blend that delivers freshness, balance, and classic Spanish sparkling‑wine character. It opens with bright aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white peach, supported by subtle floral notes and a touch of fresh bread from its time on the lees. On the palate it is crisp and lively, offering citrus and orchard‑fruit flavors wrapped in a fine, persistent mousse, finishing clean and refreshing with a hint of minerality. Its vibrant acidity and elegant structure make it an excellent partner for tapas, seafood, fried appetizers, sushi, paella, soft cheeses, and light poultry dishes, and it shines as both an aperitif and a versatile food wine.
