Mader Pinot Blanc 2024 (Alsace, France)

This small-estate bottling showcases pure varietal focus with an aromatic bouquet of white spring flowers, lemon zest, and subtle stony minerality. On the palate, it delivers a smooth, mouth-coating texture layered with ripe yellow peach and fresh almond. Balanced by bright, energetic acidity and a clean, dry finish, this is an extraordinarily versatile and food-friendly classic from Alsace.

 

Vattan Sancerre Rosé 2025 (Sancerre, France)
Crafted from Pinot Noir grown in iconic Sancerre soils, this pale salmon rosé balances the crisp, mineral freshness of a classic Loire white with the delicate fruit profile of its red grape. The nose reveals vibrant wild strawberry, juicy white pear, and a splash of pink grapefruit. The palate is driven by bright citrus, tangy lime, and a persistent, flinty finish that stays lively from first sip to last.

Mokoroa Txakolina 2025 (Getariako Txakolina, Spain)
Hailing from steep coastal vineyards overlooking the Bay of Biscay in Spain's Basque Country, this blend of Hondarrabi Zuri and Chardonnay is bottled with its signature, natural prickle of tiny spritz. It pops on the nose with green apple, banana, white peach, and fresh lime zest. A salinity reminiscent of sea breeze cuts through a weightier, rounded mid-palate, ending with the varietal's signature dry, mouthwatering finish.

Buoncristiani Chardonnay 2022 (Napa Valley)
Sourced from top vineyard sites like Hyde and Stagecoach, this family-crafted Chardonnay delivers Napa richness kept impeccably in check by vibrant natural acidity. Aromas of Bosc pear, warm baking bread, marzipan, and fresh ginger rise from the glass. The medium-to-full-bodied palate offers a luxurious, slightly oily texture balanced by a racy spine, lingering long with lush orchard fruit and a soft spice lift.
