Tasting Notes

Mirror of Truth has a soft nose of mixed berries, melon and earth tones.  The semi-floral front is met by a middle-mouth filled with dried fruit flavors that culminate into a surprisingly dry ending. The abundant amino acids and viscosity of this Junmai give it a complete roundness that can be expanded even more when served warm.  Delicious at a variety of temperatures (but we prefer the freshness that comes out when served chilled).
