Lovo Prosecco DOC Brut Millesimato is a highly expressive, mineral-driven Italian sparkling wine crafted by the dynamic winemaking duo Salvatore and Silvia Lovo in the Veneto region. Made from 100% Glera grapes—an ancient varietal renowned in northeastern Italy since Roman times—this sustainably farmed, hand-picked sparkling wine is produced using the traditional Charmat tank method to retain its vibrant, refreshing qualities.

Pouring a beautiful pale yellow with lime-green hues, this wine exhibits a fine, tight, and persistent perlage. The nose is remarkably crisp and mineral-forward, unfolding with delicate aromas of honeysuckle, summer blossoms, green apple, and white peach. On the palate, it delivers a clean, bright structure carried by fresh, soft acidity. Subtle flavors of lemon zest, tree fruit, and a distinct touch of exotic or stone fruits effortlessly lead into a honest, elegant, and long finish grounded in crushed gravel minerality.

The clean finish and bracing acidity of this dry sparkler make it an excellent culinary partner. It serves as a classic aperitif alongside salty hors d'oeuvres, olives, and charcuterie. For structured meals, its effervescence cuts beautifully through the rich oils of lightly fried tempura, fritto misto, or a creamy soft cheese board featuring Brie and Burrata.
