The 2024 L’Atelier Humo Blanco Syrah‑Viognier from the Lolol Valley in Chile shows an intense, deep purple color and opens with a lifted aromatic profile of black fruits, cherry, and apricot, accented by spice and hints of pepper. On the palate it is juicy, crisp, and textured, with an engaging tannic structure and flavors that echo black pepper, liquorice, and black cherry, finishing fresh and vibrant. The blend is composed of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier, co‑fermented using indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees in clay amphorae, a process that enhances purity and aromatic lift.
