Kirin-Zan is one of the cleanest, lightest, most elegant and driest Sakes that we carry.  The reason that Kirin-Zan is so bright and clean is from the Niigata Mountain water that filters through the mountains and is supplied by the 30+ inches of pristine snowfall each year.  Flavors and aromas of seamed rice, kiwi, green apples and of course, freshly fallen snow.
