Honig 2019 Late Harvest Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 375ml

A rare and exceptional dessert wine from one of our longtime Napa Valley favorites! Honig’s Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc is produced in extremely limited quantities using grapes naturally affected by Botrytis cinerea, or “Noble Rot.” This unique process concentrates the grapes’ natural sugars and flavors, creating a beautifully rich wine balanced by refreshing acidity. Production is so limited that even in a good year, Honig makes just 2–3 barrels!

Tasting Notes: The 2019 vintage offers a gorgeous golden color with enticing aromas of baked apple, dried apricot, honeysuckle, and orange blossom. The palate is luscious and silky, revealing layers of honeyed peach, dried pear, caramel, and toasted almonds, balanced by bright citrus acidity and an elegant, lingering finish.

Food Pairings: A wonderful match for crème brûlée, cheesecake, fruit tarts, and rich cheeses like Brie or Gorgonzola. It’s also the perfect finishing touch to a Thanksgiving or holiday feast.
