A deep ruby core, showing shine and concentration. The aromas are led by warm blackberry pie, with cherry, tobacco, and chocolate brownie. The mouthfeel is lush and juicy, with balance and silky tannins that lead to a long finish. Powerful and seductive.
Always highly rated, especially considering the reasonable price, the 2022 vintage was renowned Italian wine critic, Luca Maroni's #2 Italian Wine of the Year.
