The Famille Lançon Lirac "Les Roques" Rouge 2024 is an organic, full-bodied red blend crafted by the Lançon family of Domaine de la Solitude from the pebble-stone terroirs of the Vallongue plateau in the Southern Rhône Valley. Fermented and aged entirely in concrete tanks to preserve its aromatic purity without the influence of oak, this vintage delivers a vivid and crunchy profile. It features a complex bouquet dominated by forest berries, wild strawberries, dark fruits, and subtle warm spices layered with fragrant hints of local garrigue herbs. On the palate, the wine is medium-to-full-bodied with well-integrated, silky tannins, showcasing bright fruit intensity and a delicious, clean finish.

Given its robust character, balanced acidity, and refined structure, this wine requires rich, deeply flavorful dishes that can match its intensity. It pairs exceptionally well with classic roasted meats like an herb-crusted leg of lamb. It also complements hearty, slow-cooked comfort foods such as a traditional Provençal-style beef stew.
