Domaine des Lauriers is a family-owned estate situated in the heart of the Languedoc between Béziers and Montpellier, sitting on a calcareous plateau overlooking the Étang de Thau. The Cabrol family, led by Marc Cabrol, began assembling their vineyard holdings in 1969. Today, the estate encompasses roughly fifty hectares planted on soils characterized by red clay, limestone, and large rolled pebbles. These stones absorb solar heat throughout the day and radiate it back to the vines at night, aiding in complete phenolic maturation. Farming across the estate follows the Terra Vitis environmental certification standard, emphasizing sustainable vineyard management and natural soil health.

The 2025 Cuvée Paredaux Rosé is crafted under the IGP Pays d'Oc designation, utilizing a classic blend of equal parts Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes undergo brief skin contact before being gently pressed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit aromatics and bright acidity. In the glass, it shows a pale salmon hue and delivers direct aromas of wild strawberry, fresh raspberry, and subtle white peach, with a faint undertone of red currant on the finish. On the palate, the wine is bone-dry, crisp, and driven by vibrant acidity, offering a clean, mineral-tinged profile that highlights the freshness of the Languedoc coast.
