Coto de Hayas Garnacha Centenaria

Produced from 100 year-old plantings, Garnacha Centenaria is an example of extraordinary value. These bush-trained vines produce low yields of 1kg/vine, giving a wine of great depth and complexity. A short, four-month aging in new French oak adds cozy richness that the wine wears well. Aromas of dried flowers, ripe and dried strawberry, dark plum, and baking spice open freely from the glass. On the palate, ripe red and blue fruits, licorice, and warm baking spices coat the palate, with zesty acidity bringing freshness, closing in luscious oak tannin. An excellent choice as an accompaniment to anything grilled, especially meats and mushrooms.
