Tasting Notes

This vintage is a blend dominated by 70% Syrah, supported by 10% each of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Carignan. The winemaking process focuses on purity and freshness, with the wine being aged in stainless steel tanks rather than oak to preserve its primary fruit identity. It presents a bright garnet-red color in the glass with thick tears, leading to a nose that features intense aromas of blackcurrants and cherries accented by notes of black pepper, clove, and the resinous scents of the local garrigue.  On the palate, the wine is supple and generous, offering an immediate sense of freshness balanced by silky, melted tannins that reflect its Mediterranean origins. The flavors of crushed red and black fruits carry through to a persistent finish that remains light and elegant.
