WINEMAKER NOTES
The grapes were destemmed and pressed. Decantation occurred at a low temperature and in small stainless-steel tanks for 48 hours. Fermentation in French oak barrels through the process of bâtonnage. Staging for more than 5 months. Clear colour, with trace of greenish citrus. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and dried linden flower. In the mouth we find the same fresh fruit and the typical crunchy minerality in balance with fresh acidity.
