Cantina Tramin Kellerei "T" Bianco

Founded in 1898 in the village of Termeno (Tramin), Cantina Tramin is one of Alto Adige’s most historic cooperative wineries, today bringing together 160 farming families who collectively tend roughly 270 hectares of alpine vineyards. Situated in the cradle of Gewürztraminer, the winery benefits from a unique microclimate where Mediterranean warmth meets cool mountain breezes. Under the guidance of longtime winemaker Willi Stürz, Cantina Tramin has earned international acclaim for its obsessive focus on site expression, sustainable viticulture, and pristine, aromatically lifted white wines that showcase the mineral precision of Northern Italy.

The 2025 T Cuvée Bianco is a bright, mountain-driven white blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from hillside vineyards across Termeno and neighboring villages. Fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve its natural vibrancy, the wine opens with aromatic notes of crisp green apple, white peach, mountain wildflowers, and a faint hint of fresh citrus. On the palate, it is light-bodied, dry, and exceptionally well-balanced, delivering crunchy tree fruit flavors backed by zippy mountain acidity and a clean, mineral-tinged finish.
