Wow does this over-deliver! 100% old vine Cabernet Sauvignon from a single estate vineyard located in Agrelo (Mendoza). These vines produce very low yields (only one bottle of wine per plant!). Quite restrained compared to most New World Cabs, this medium-bodied example presents red fruit with notes of licorice, black pepper and cedar. Fermented and briefly aged in neutral French oak.
Critical Acclaim
Agrelo is historically known for its Malbec but is becoming more and more renowned for world-class Cabs. Juicy blackberry flavors with hints of tobacco and red pepper.
