It opens with delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus, evoking lemon zest and subtle orchard fruits like yellow apple and pear. On the palate, it delivers a crisp and refreshing character, with a dry style that mirrors its aromatic profile. There's a touch of creaminess that adds body without overwhelming the wine’s vibrant acidity, which was preserved by avoiding malolactic fermentation. The wine’s texture is enhanced by partial aging on fine lees, with about 15% matured in oak barrels for eight months, lending subtle depth and roundness.
