Saurus 2024 Barrel Fermented Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir, offering a richer, more textured expression thanks to its fermentation and aging in oak barrels. The wine opens with layered aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry intertwined with notes of vanilla, toasted spice, and a gentle hint of smoke from the barrel influence. On the palate it is supple and medium‑bodied, showing a harmonious balance of bright red‑fruit flavors and warm oak tones, supported by fine tannins and lively acidity that carry through to a long, elegant finish.
