Tasting Notes

The 2021 Langhe Nebbiolo is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo, sourced from a 3.7‑acre vineyard in Monforte d’Alba at 430 meters on calcareous clay soils, farmed organically and harvested by hand. It is aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks, which preserves purity and finesse. In the glass, it shows a medium cherry‑tinged ruby color with aromas of violets, berries, brambles, mint, and a touch of black pepper, offering a soft body, vibrant acidity, and fresh, elegant character on the palate.

This Langhe Nebbiolo pairs beautifully with meat dishes, aged cheeses, cold cuts, and pasta with either meaty or vegetarian sauces, making it a versatile option for both rustic and refined Piedmont‑inspired meals.
