The 2025 Antxiola Blanco from Bodegas Zudugarai is produced from Hondarrabi Zuri, the signature white grape of Getariako Txakolina, with some references noting the inclusion of Hondarrabi Beltza in the vineyard composition. The wine is fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and bottled young to preserve its natural CO₂, giving it the characteristic slight spritz typical of Txakoli wines.
