Sampler Includes 1 Bottle Each

Hidden Sea Rose (Limestone Coast, Australia) This vibrant South Australian rose leads with expressive aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries accented by a subtle citrus lift. The palate is medium-bodied and exceptionally crisp, delivering a clean finish that makes it a versatile companion for early spring luncheons or casual aperitifs. Beyond its quality, the winery is committed to environmental stewardship, removing the equivalent of ten plastic bottles from the ocean for every bottle sold.

La Craie Vouvray (Loire Valley, France) Crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grown on the region's iconic tuffeau limestone soils, this Vouvray displays a classic profile of honeyed pear, green apple, and wet stone. The texture is soft and approachable, featuring a light demi-sec style where a touch of residual sugar is perfectly balanced by the grape's natural high acidity. It is an elegant match for spicy Asian cuisine or creamy goat cheeses.

Domaine de Rombeau "Ceramista Blanc" (Cotes du Roussillon) A Mediterranean blend of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris, this white wine offers a sophisticated aromatic profile of white peach, fennel, and sea spray. The palate is rounded yet fresh, showing citrus blossom and a distinct saline minerality that reflects its coastal origin. It provides a persistent, refreshing finish that pairs exceptionally well with grilled sea bass or herb-roasted poultry.

Weingut Hauck Blanc de Noir Trocken (Rheinhessen) This white wine is crafted from gently pressed Pinot Noir grapes, resulting in a delicate texture and a faint salmon hue. Aromas of wild strawberry and red apple skin transition into a lively palate defined by crisp acidity and notes of white peach and melon. Its smooth, dry finish makes it an excellent choice for sushi or spring vegetable dishes like grilled asparagus.

Lacroix Bordeaux Superieur (Saint-Emilion, France) Produced by visionary winemaker Jonathan Maltus, this selection—formerly labeled under the Teyssier umbrella—remains one of the most reliable values in the region. The wine is a Merlot-dominant blend that offers a polished, fruit-forward profile typical of the Maltus style, featuring ripe black cherry, plum, and subtle hints of cocoa. On the palate, it is supple and approachable with soft tannins and a fresh, lively acidity that provides excellent structure without being overly aggressive. The finish is smooth and persistent, making it an ideal "everyday Claret"

Exit West Red Blend (Lake County, California) This robust California blend is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah, resulting in a dark, concentrated profile of blueberry compote and warm blackberry. Aging in French oak adds sophisticated layers of cocoa, vanilla, and baking spices to the plush, velvety palate. Despite its intensity, the wine maintains a long, silky finish that is ideal for pairing with grilled steaks or hearty stews.

Chateau de Pizay Beaujolais (Burgundy, France) Sourced from the heart of the region, this Gamay is characterized by its bright ruby color and expressive scents of black raspberry and violets. The palate is medium-bodied with soft, plummy tannins and a succulent finish that emphasizes fresh fruit purity. It is an quintessential bistro wine that can be served with a slight chill alongside charcuterie or roasted chicken.

David and Nadia Pinotage (Swartland, South Africa) This nuanced expression of South Africa’s signature grape moves away from heavy extraction, focusing instead on floral aromatics and red berry freshness. Notes of wild raspberry and iris are complemented by earthy undertones of campfire and root spice on a medium-weight frame. The velvet-like texture and bright acidity demonstrate the sophisticated potential of Pinotage grown in Swartland’s granite soils.

Marino Abate "Lapa" Nero d'Avola (Sicily, Italy) Produced from certified organic vineyards, this Nero d'Avola is a pure expression of Sicilian terroir with intense dark fruit and herbal complexities. The palate reveals layers of blackberry and plum integrated with hints of chocolate and tobacco, supported by a sturdy but smooth structure. Its rustic elegance makes it a natural partner for rich tomato-based pasta dishes or roasted game.

Mas Doix "Les Crestes" Priorat (Priorat, Spain) A powerful blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah, this wine offers a deep violet hue and an aromatic profile of crushed stone, mocha, and clove. The palate is dense with black fruit and licorice, framed by the characteristic mineral grip that defines the slate soils of Priorat. It is a structured and age-worthy red that benefits from decanting before being served with savory meat dishes.

Mollydooker "The Scooter Merlot" (McLaren Vale, Australia) This Australian Merlot is famously bold and fruit-forward, featuring the winery’s signature "Marquis Fruit Weight" and velvety mouthfeel. Rich flavors of dark chocolate and plum are accented by warm notes of chai tea and dried florals on the finish. It is a decadent and plush red that stands out for its soft tannins and generous fruit profile.

Bodegas Perica "6 Cepas" Rioja Tinto (Rioja, Spain) This unique bottling from Bodegas Perica sits between the traditional Tinto and Crianza styles, offering more complexity than a standard young wine. It displays an intense ruby red color with a harmonious blend of red berries, toasted oak, and sweet spice. The structure is well-defined yet the tannins remain supple, leading to a long and balanced finish that over-delivers for its category.
