Great Value Whites Mixed Case –  June & July 2026

$208 value for just $140

As we move into summer, it is time to refresh our value-focused white wine sampler with a selection that favors vibrant acidity, textural interest, and a sense of place. This collection has been put together to provide a versatile range of styles, from the saline, mineral-driven coastal wines of the Loire and the sun-drenched, heritage-focused whites of Southern Italy to an adventurous skin-contact bottling that challenges traditional perceptions. Each of these wines was chosen not only for its individual character but for its ability to elevate a meal, making them essential staples for your glass throughout the warmer weeks ahead. Whether you are looking for a sharp, Atlantic-influenced partner for shellfish or a structured, food-friendly Rosato that drinks with the elegance of a white, this sampler offers a sophisticated, expertly vetted journey through some of the most compelling regions in the wine world.

The mixed case includes 2 bottles each wine:

Paul Buisse Muscadet Sèvre et Maine (Loire Valley, France) – Paul Buisse is a long-standing family estate deeply rooted in the Touraine region, and their commitment to the Melon de Bourgogne grape is evident in this bottling. This wine is a quintessential expression of the variety, offering a bright, focused profile defined by its laser-like acidity. On the palate, one finds crisp notes of green apple, lemon zest, and a distinct, persistent maritime salinity. The estate’s focus on minimal intervention allows the pure, mineral-driven character of the soil to shine through, making it an unrivaled partner for oysters and coastal cuisine.

Domaine des Cassagnoles Côtes de Gascogne (Southwest France, France) – This estate has been in the same family for generations, located in the heart of the Gascogne region where they have perfected the art of crafting vibrant, high-value white wines. This blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay, and Gros Manseng delivers an exceptionally lively drinking experience that punches well above its price point. The nose is greeted by delicate aromas of white flowers, green herbs, and fresh white peach, while the palate remains zesty and balanced with a clean, mineral-driven finish. It is a textbook example of how the specific climatic conditions of the Southwest produce whites with both aromatic charm and structural integrity.

Librandi, Ciro Bianco (Calabria, Italy) – This Calabrian classic is crafted from 100% Greco Bianco grapes, sourced from vineyards situated on the limestone and clay-loam soils of the Ionian coast. The wine is vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, eschewing both oak aging and malolactic fermentation to preserve its hallmark tension and structural purity. On the nose, it offers an expressive bouquet of citrus and stone fruits, frequently displaying notes of pear and melon accented by subtle Mediterranean herbs. The palate is defined by zesty acidity and a pronounced mineral character, reflecting the unique coastal terroir of the Cirò region.

Mercato Pesce Vino Bianco (Veneto, Italy) – Crafted with the specific intent of serving as an ideal companion for the dinner table, this Veronese blend—primarily Garganega, Chardonnay, and Incrocio Manzoni—is lush, expressive, and highly versatile. The winemaking team emphasizes a clean, fruit-forward style that does not sacrifice the structural tension necessary for food pairing. It offers an inviting combination of orchard fruit, specifically crisp apple and pear, underpinned by a vibrant lemon-citrus brightness. It maintains a medium-bodied, firm presence on the palate, ensuring it has enough weight to pair beautifully with a wide array of seafood dishes, from grilled white fish to shellfish pastas.

Masseria Borgo dei Trulli Primitivo Rosato (Puglia, Italy) - This vibrant rosato is crafted entirely from 100% Primitivo grapes sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of the Salento region in Puglia. To achieve its signature pale coral hue, the fruit undergoes a precise eight-hour cold maceration on the skins before being vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine spends three months resting on its fine lees, a process that imparts a gentle, creamy texture to balance its naturally bright, energetic acidity. On the nose, it displays a highly expressive bouquet of wild strawberry, red currant, and fresh watermelon, accented by subtle floral notes of orange blossom and rose petals. The palate is fresh and crisp, offering layers of ripe raspberry and blood orange zest that lead into a clean, mineral-driven finish.

Trivento, White Malbec (Mendoza, Argentina) – This innovative expression from Mendoza, Argentina, is produced from 100% Malbec grapes harvested early to maintain vibrant acidity. By pressing the fruit immediately and minimizing skin contact, the winery achieves a brilliant, near-colorless appearance while retaining the characteristic red-fruit DNA of the variety. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to ensure a clean, crisp profile that highlights notes of green apple, red raspberry, and citrus. With its lean body and refreshing, mouth-watering finish, it serves as a distinctively lively addition to any white wine selection.
