Mokoroa Getariako Txakolina Blanco is an electric, bone-dry white wine from Spain's rugged Basque coast, predominantly crafted from 85% Hondarrabi Zuri and a 15% splash of Chardonnay. Sourced from family-owned, ocean-facing vineyards in Zarautz, this classic Atlantic expression pours a pale greenish-yellow with a delicate, signature effervescence trapped from natural fermentation. The nose opens with an intense wave of tart citrus—including lemon curd and lime blossom—layered alongside green apple, white peach, fresh peppermint, and a distinct sea breeze salinity. On the palate, it delivers a striking balance of eyewatering, racy acidity and unexpected textural volume, culminating in a subtle, characteristic varietal bitterness from the Hondarrabi Zuri that lingers on a clean, mineral finish.

Given its high-toned coastal structure and crisp spritz, this wine makes a spectacular aperitif and easily cuts through healthy fats and salty snacks.
