Wakaze "The Classic" Junmai Sake

Crafted in France according to Japanese traditions. A clear, refreshing, and crisp style sake. Wakaze's flagship sake brewed using a 100% French rice, Camargue.  The color on this Franch Sake is a light, pale yellow that shimmers in the glass (and yes, we recommend using a wine glass, not a Sake cup). On the nose you'll notice subtle aromas of stone fruits, melon and a slight floral note. The palate is creamy and delicate, with light honeyed notes on the finish.
