It's a refreshing wine with brilliant, mouth watering acidity, an inviting mid-palate richness that speaks to its Pinot Noir bones and an incredibly long, vibrant finish.

The wine can be enjoyed with savory snacks like olives, firm goat cheese or even chicken wings, but it is serious enough to accompany a range of main courses from classic sole meunière to grilled cheese, crab cakes to carnitas tacos, roasted heirloom chicken to wings, bone in pork roast to hot dogs.
