On the nose, intense stone fruit (mostly cherries), strawberries, violets, occasionally almonds.  Tasty and harmonic on the palate. Enjoyable acidity, softening with aging. Pairs best with grilled fish and meat, charcuterie and cheese, seafood soups and first courses.
