Joncier "Regard" Lirac Rouge

Winemaker Notes

We've featured a couple of deliciously elegant and earthy reds from this tiny, uber-organic winery from Lirac, France.  The latest to make it onto the Taylor's shelf is their Syrah based blend called "Regard."  This red is made with 65% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 8% Carignan and 7% Cinsault. Aromas of peonies, and bright red cherries grace the nose, while on the palate you will find focused minerality and notes of black pepper.
