Pazo Pondal "Mila" Albarino

Mila Albariño is produced by Pazo Pondal, a family-run estate established in 1998 in the sub-region of Arbo within Rías Baixas, Spain. Set along the north bank of the Miño River, the winery converted its 37 acres of estate vineyards entirely to organic farming practices in 2015. Their dedicated focus on small-scale cultivation allows the unique granitic soils and damp maritime climate of the valley to shine through in every bottle. 

The 2025 Mila Albariño opens with vibrant, lifted floral notes of white jasmine alongside bright citrus aromas of Meyer lemon, lime zest, and green apple. The light-to-medium-bodied palate delivers generous energy with ripe peach, crisp orchard fruit, and subtle tropical undertones balanced by fine-grained, energetic acidity. It finishes clean and stony, showing a classic hint of saline-tinged minerality that leaves a fresh, mouthwatering impression.
